The website is for the benefit of the Homeowners and Property Owners. New and updated information will be added from time to time. Please return periodically to stay up-to-date.

Work Day Scheduled
Mark you calendars! Tony Waterhouse and the Stoney Point HOA have scheduled a work day for Saturday, March 20th at 8 a.m. Please bring your work gloves and some sunshine to the front gate if you can join us. The rain date for this event is Saturday, March 27th at the same time.
The minutes of the February 7 Board meeting are now posted on the "Reports & Minutes" page in the Owners Only section of the website.
Annual Meeting of the Stoney Point Harbor HOA
The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010. The time for the meeting has been set as follows: 6:00 PM - 7:00 Social Hour; 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Annual Meeting. The location is the Southmont Fire Department. Light refreshments will be served.
