Annual Meeting Notice
The 2012 Annual Stoney Point Harbor Homeowners Association meeting will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Southmont Fire Department, Hwy 8, Southmont, NC. Everyone is invited for light snacks and soft drinks beginning at 6:30 P.M. This is a great time to meet Association members and to enjoy the company of your neighbors.
All association members will receive a PROXY FORM by mid-February and are asked to return the Form in the enclosed self–addressed, stamped envelope whether or not they plan to attend the meeting as a Quorum of 60%of property owners is essential to conduct HOA business.
