Earlier Board Meeting minutes and Annual Meeting minutes are archived on the SPH Google Drive. Earlier meeting minutes may be requested from the SPH Secretary.
This website is for the benefit of the homeowners and property owners.  New and updated information will be added from time to time.  Please return periodically to stay up-to-date.

The website contains several pages available to the general public as well as a number of Owners-Only pages accessible with the proper Password.  Owners may request the Password by clicking on the "Password Request" button above and submitting the on-line form. The Password will be sent to you via email. You then may access the Owners-Only Pages by entering the Password. 

While we strive to respond quickly to all requests, please keep in mind that we are all volunteers, and response time may vary for a variety of reasons.
